Delivery

Orders are shipped after the production process is completed. Since all products are custom-made, the production time may vary depending on the order details.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, shipping company, and customs procedures. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processes.

The buyer is responsible for checking the package upon delivery. If any damage is detected, a damage report must be prepared with the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.


Returns and Exchanges

Since the products are custom-made according to the buyer’s measurements and personal requests, returns are not accepted.

However, in case of a production defect or damage occurring during transportation, the buyer must notify the seller in writing within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

Notifications made after the specified period will not be taken into consideration, and return or exchange requests will be rejected.

After the notification is reviewed and approved by the seller, repair, replacement, or re-production of the product may be offered if deemed appropriate.


Enforcement

By placing an order, the buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this Delivery and Return Policy. This policy enters into force upon order confirmation.
