Buyer:
The person who places an order electronically and whose information is declared during the order process.
Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of wedding dresses and related products that are custom-made in accordance with the buyer’s measurements and requests, ordered by the buyer through the seller’s website.
Product Information
The products are custom-made based on the buyer’s provided measurements, selected model, fabric, color, and special requests. Product specifications and the sales price are clearly presented to the buyer during the order confirmation.
Price and Payment
Product prices are in USD or EUR. Payment is made via bank transfer or authorized virtual POS systems. Production will not begin until the payment is completed.
Delivery
Products enter the production process after order confirmation and completion of payment. Delivery time may vary depending on the custom production period and will be communicated to the buyer.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with Article 15 of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, there is no right of withdrawal or return for products that are custom-made according to the buyer’s measurements and requests. The buyer places the order knowing and accepting this condition.
Responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the measurements and information provided during the order. The seller cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul.
Enforcement
By placing an order through the website, the buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement. This agreement enters into force upon order confirmation.
